Any contract for the provision of the services identified in this Website shall be with the respective service provider and not express Gifts Ltd.
Express Gifts Ltd are introducers of the advertised services.
Express Gifts Ltd. Shall act only as agents of the service provider for the purpose of administering any accounts and processing account payments made by you.

Purchase Procedure

Where there is a choice of cover levels for the product or service you wish to purchase, select the level of cover you wish to order.

Carefully read any terms and conditions that are applicable to the product or service required. These will be displayed on the appropriate page.

To place an order click on the relevant icon on the associated page. A screen will appear that requests your personal details – please ensure that you complete the details in full to avoid delays in processing.

If you have an existing account you can choose to add the cost of your purchases to your standard monthly account. If however, you are a new customer and wish to pay for your purchases at the time of placing your order - you can simply provide us with your credit card details, which will be processed on-line and your order will be submitted for processing. We will confirm your order and the value of the payment received immediately via email and you will receive full details of the product or services you have ordered direct from the service providers in due course.

If you are adding the product or service to your existing account you need to supply your customer account number in the field requested. At this point you can submit your order for processing and your purchases will be added to your monthly statement. Once again we will confirm your order and you will receive full details of the product or services you have ordered direct from the service providers in due course.

Please allow 21 days for the details of the product or service you have purchased to arrive from the service provider. If however, you do not receive any information in relation to your order within this time you can query this via our Contact Us page.

Terms & Conditions

Any contract entered into by any customer shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions that are shown on the individual pages for each product or service that are offered through this Website.
